Adventures in Odyssey: The Star sheds a whole new light on the Nativity! When Whit sends Connie and Eugene on a Christmas adventure in the Imagination Station, they’re launched straight into the heart of the first Christmas in first-century Bethlehem!

Suddenly surrounded by Roman soldiers, bustling Bethlehem streets, and brilliant starlit skies, Connie and Eugene find themselves picking up the adventure after Baby Jesus’ dedication in Jerusalem! Along the way, they meet the devoted rabbi Simeon, the protective Roman captain Proclus, and the wise men following the miraculous star. By the end of the adventure, both Connie and Eugene realize that the story of Christmas isn’t just a tale from the past — it’s real, it’s powerful, and it continues to change hearts today.

This play is a refreshing, energetic retelling of the Christmas story with a blend of comedy, adventure, and faith. It is a great standalone story, but also a familiar and engaging play for long-time Adventures in Odyssey® Fans because of the familiar characters and places.
